GStock.com Supercomputer announced on Wednesday 3rd of February 2010 that a BUY alert has been issued to Ambev - Companhia De Bebidas Das America (ABV). AmBev is the biggest private industry of consumer goods in Brazil and the biggest brewery in Latin America. The company was created on July 1, 1999, with the merger of two breweries, Brahma and Antarctica. The merger was approved by the Board of Directors of Economic Defense (Cade) on March 30, 2000. AmBev has a presence in 14 countries.On March 3, 2004, AmBev signed a global alliance with InBev which expanded the company's market into North America, adding the Canadian company, Labatt. Together they formed Brewery of Americas.
