Clearing your browser cache
Almost all web browsers maintain a local copy of web pages and other related items on your disk or memory to speedup reloading of previously visited pages from the Internet and save bandwidth. This time saver may get bigger and slower over long periods of time. Sometimes this cache is causing problems with webpages and there is a need to clear your browser cache.First clear your flash cach by clicking on "Delete all sites" button bellow (when requested click "Confirm"):

1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Internet Options".
3. Click on the "General" tab.
4. Click the "Delete files " button.
5. Select the checkbox labeled Delete all offline content.
6. Click OK.

1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Internet Options".
3. Click on the "General" tab.
4. Click the "Delete files " button.

1. Go to the "Edit" menu.
2. Select "Preferences".
3. Click the arrow beside Web Browser.
4. Click "Advanced".
5. Click Empty Now.

1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Options".
3. Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
4. Click the Clear button across from the Cache option.
5. Click OK.

1. Go to the "Edit" menu.
2. Select "Preferences".
3. In the Advanced category, click Cache.
4. Click Clear Cache.
5. Click OK.

4. Click Cache.
5. Click Clear Memory Cache . Confirm by clicking OK
6. Click Clear Disk Cache . Confirm by clicking OK .

1. From the horizontal toolbar at the top of your screen, click on: Settings - A box appears called "Settings: Essentials".
2. Click on Internet [Web] Options - this will launch a window called "AOL Internet Properties".
3. Click on the 'General' tab.
4. Under 'Temporary Internet Files', click on the "Settings" button.
5. On the 'Settings' page, make sure "Every visit to the page" is Selected. Click OK.
6. When you return to the 'General' tab, click on "Delete Files" to clear the cache. Click OK.
