The "My Notes" feature enables you to write any text, commentary or reminders. This text is saved locally on your computer, and remains private. Therefore, if you log-in to GStock on a different computer, you will not be able to see this text, whereas, on the other hand, you will be able to see your portfolio (which is kept on the GStock server).

There is no need to press any "Save" or "Edit" buttons in the "My Notes" feature. Simply write the text you wish to reserve, and close the "My Notes" window. The next time you open the "My Notes" window, you will see what you have previously written.

The notes which you have written in your "My Notes" will not be erased in case you delete your temporary Internet files or cookies since they are saved in the flash shared-object directory in your local PC.
